One day, I went to eat with her near the University of Hong Kong. She took me to this cafe with a long queue. The cafe is very big and spacious. There are several card seats, including tatami seats, camping⛺️ chairs with artificial grass and Japanese screen doors. The food in the cafe is not expensive, most of them are less than $100, and there are lunch sets available during lunch time. The price is similar to that of a tea restaurant, but the quality is higher. No wonder it is a long queue restaurant! We ordered 1 snack, a bowl of udon, a toast🍞, a dessert and 2 drinks. The soft shell crab in the Golden Sand Soft Shell Crab Salmon Roe Seafood Salad Box Toast is very crispy. The salmon roe is large and delicious. There are squid🦑 and scrambled eggs in the box. The toast baked into a golden brown is crispy enough. This box of toast definitely has multiple tastes. Next to the toast, there was a Japanese-style vinegar salad 🥗 and fried Japanese cheese rice cake as a side dish. The pork chop in the Gillette Pork Chop Soup Udon was not too dry, without a layer of fat, fried crispy enough, and the batter was not too thick. The udon was moderately soft and hard. In addition to the Gillette Pork Chop, the udon also came with half a soft-boiled egg, fish balls, kelp, and corn 🌽 grains, which was quite filling.
