#100 Ways to Travel To celebrate birthday with friends, we chose to come to this lobby lounge located in Regent. Most seats offer a close view of Victoria. The menu is a three-course dinner specially prepared for the ballet "Wizard of Oz". I especially like the themed desserts designed by Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung, the cute Dorothy costume lemon cake, and the Tin Man extra-rich chocolate pastry.
