It's rare to come to Causeway Bay with my mother. She likes fried pork ribs, so I decided to try this popular Japanese restaurant! Once the dishes were served, the staff explained the sauces and eating methods on the set with great care. Since I went to bed at 1pm the night before, my absorption and reaction were worse that day, but I still deeply felt their good service attitude (laughs) ~ Eat happier! The set carefully selects high-quality beef parts and is fried at high temperature until golden and crispy. There are three different kinds of beef curry, including filet mignon, wing plate beef and sauce-flavored thin beef. The clerk states that the beef is served at 3 to 5 percent cooked, and if you want to get more cooked, you can ask for a frying pan and time it with a funnel on the table. For more of a sense of ceremony, I had to order a frying pan first (laughs) ~ However, the frying is fragrant and hot and ready to eat is tastier! Of the three flavors, my favorite is the sauce-flavored thin beef. As for the other two flavors, I have gone to dip in different sauces, including curry sauce, mustard sauce, signature steak sauce and pepper salt, of which the curry sauce is the most flavorful 😋✨ ✍🏻 / Crispy fried pork fillet with eel set 💵Price: HK$148 🔘Delicious Index: ❤️❤️❤❤❤ Although the fried pork fillet with carrot puree and pork chop sauce is delicious, this seemingly mediocre eel is even more surprising! It turns out that people can't be judged by their appearance. In the name of the dish, eel may just be a "companion" for fried pork fillet. But after eating it, I think eel is better than pork ribs and beef! The eel is very plump, the fish skin is retained after frying, it feels like eating a bite of collagen in the mouth, recommended 👍🏻✨ ✍🏻 / Blue tangerine litchi specialty drink 💵Price: HK$36 🔘Delicious Index: ❤️❤️❤❤🤍 This is a sparkling drink. The ocean blue color is very attractive!
