Hyatt Centric Hong Kong, a blue sky outside the window

I haven't used my C4 coupons at the end of the year. I originally wanted to keep them for staying at Park Hyatt Suzhou or Alila Wuzhen, but unfortunately they were about to expire and I didn't have time. So I chose Hyatt Centric Hong Kong. I didn't have high hopes for a room upgrade, but the guy at the front desk upgraded me to a corner room with a sea view! This should be the best room type in his house lol The 180° sea view is really great. The blue of the seawater acts as a natural pigment, adding a touch of blue to the simple and modern room, making the whole space bright and transparent, looking like an ethereal glass box. The bathroom also has a sea view. It is very healing to brush your teeth while staring at the sea. In addition to the sea view, the integration with Hong Kong's local culture is also a major feature. For example, the toiletries set is a black and white hand-painted pattern of Hong Kong elements such as Cantonese opera and Victoria Harbour. In addition, the hotel also gave a colorful map of North Point and snack coupons, including egg waffles, herbal tea, rice rolls, egg tarts, etc., which can be exchanged at a nearby snack shop with the coupons. Walking around the streets of North Point with the coupons is just like treasure hunting lol and it’s fun! The hotel breakfast is also very rich, divided into cold dishes and hot dishes, the two areas are a bit far apart, at first I thought they only had cold dishes lol In addition to the regular Western breakfast, there are also Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, and Hong Kong-style breakfasts such as siu mai, rice noodle rolls, and radish cakes. The seat reservation signs on the table are very cute, with "Zhong Shi Jin" and "Shi Bao La" written in Cantonese, which makes people feel very friendly. To be honest, I felt a bit disappointed because I used the C4 at Hyatt Centric, but I ended up having a very happy stay this time, it was really worth it!
