This Chinese restaurant feels quite healthy.

When dining out, the biggest concern is unhealthy food with too much oil and salt. I chose this restaurant, which claims to use less salt and sugar, called Jia Chuan Hu Xiao. As soon as we sat down, they served two chargeable snacks, but they tasted good. We ordered several signature Shanghai dishes, such as crab roe soup dumplings, honey-glazed Jinhua ham, and red bean paste pancake. Overall, the taste was good, and the portions were generous. Unfortunately, there was a missing order situation, but the staff's service attitude was acceptable, and the prices were reasonable. It's suitable for family gatherings or dining with a few friends.
