A hidden ramen shop in Sham Shui Po! "A Smile Canteen"

Today I came to "One Smile Canteen", a hidden ramen shop in Sham Shui Po for lunch! The shop is not big, but the advantage is that you can watch the master prepare the food 😉 Alex arrived and immediately ordered a bowl of the original "Hakata Pork Bone Ramen"🍜, the soup made from pork bones, rich and not too salty, watched the master use a torch to heat the char siu, moderately fat and lean, melts in the mouth, 🥚 Poached eggs are also cooked just right, egg yolk melted, great! 😋 And I ordered a bowl of "seaweed bibimbap", and of course I had to try it when I saw the seaweed! 😏 Seaweed tastes fresh and sweet, 🍝 bouncy noodles mixed with secret egg yolk sauce, mix well and eat together, it's really satisfying! 😍 We also added a $35 upgrade package, which includes a snack and a drink. We chose "Mustard Octopus" and "Don Yang Fried Chicken". 🐙 "Mustard Octopus" is refreshing and bouncy, the mustard flavor is not too spicy, very appetizing! 🍗 "Don Yang Fried Chicken" is fried crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and there is still meat juice when you bite it. It's delicious! Although not some high-end restaurant, the advantage is the quality of the food and reasonable prices, definitely worth a try! 👍🏻
