I met my former colleague for dinner last Sunday Revisiting the old place in Tai Wai area I didn't notice this Japanese restaurant at work There were quite a few people when we entered ~ I sat at the bar table We ordered grilled squid sticks for $38 Crispy and delicious ~ the best snack to accompany wine Crabmeat and seaweed salad $138 The seaweed is plump and sweet, which is very surprising The portion of crab meat is plentiful, and the salad vegetables are fresh and crispy Homemade ground chicken sticks $64/2 Seeing a must-eat so of course I have to try it The taste is good not very solid, it has a bite, dipped in Japanese raw eggs & sauce, very round ~ great Sesame Chicken Wings $38/2 Bite open there is still meat juice, the heat is just right, and there are salad vegetables to accompany the plate Sushi set $138 pieces each of salmon, sashimi, red shrimp, and squid My friend ate two pieces of salmon and said they were plump and soft I ate two pieces of red shrimp. The meat is crispy and sweet The sashimi beats the size of a jumbo, tightly wrapping the sushi rice Squeezed lime juice highlights the sweetness of the scallops themselves Sake-cooked mussels $98 The soup is sweet, lots of kombu The mussels were all very plump and sandless - this was quite a surprise Angus Beef Inari Udon $108 The beef flavor is rich, the udon is thin but quite chewy The staff is friendly and polite, the ingredients are fresh and the food is of a standard, high value for money, the price is friendly, will come again next time😍
