The Little Prince This illustrated novel looks like a children’s book! In fact, it contains many thought-provoking stories, so it is popular for a reason. I went to taste the Little Prince Afternoon Tea earlier and today I would like to share the taste with you. Once again, I came to Lion Rock, which is full of thought and sincerity! Enjoy this afternoon tea leisurely facing Lion Rock. This dreamy-colored afternoon tea is The Little Prince's Amazing Journey, which consists of four savory and five sweet desserts with special drinks. Both cups are iced drinks which are exactly what I like! Includes the pink The Rose lactic acid soda and the light blue The Adventure sweet orange jasmine soda. The Rose lactic acid soda cup is covered with rose petals on the rim and decorated with rose ice. It is really beautiful! It is made by mixing rose syrup, Calpis, soda water and pomegranate syrup. It has a full floral aroma, sweet but not greasy, and has a gentle taste. The Adventure Orange Jelly Soda is topped with white chocolate chips and dried orange slices printed with the Little Prince! The smooth cream like a white cloud kisses your lips gently, and the lower layer is a pink and blue special drink made from liqueur wine, jasmine syrup, Calpis and soda water, which has a faint floral aroma and is quite delicious. Let’s start with the savoury items which include duck liver pate biscuits with raspberry jelly, crab meat and avocado puree with crispy rice crackers, smoked salmon mousse tart with black fish roe and fried Parma ham, cheese and potato balls with fresh herb and tomato puree. Crab meat and avocado puree with crispy rice crackers! The green avocado sauce is mixed with fresh crab meat and paired with crispy rice crackers. It is smooth and crispy. If you are avocado fan, you will definitely like it. Smoked salmon mousse tart with black fish roe! Use the oily and fragrant Norwegian salmon and add cream to make a smooth mousse, and then pair it with the salty and fragrant black fish roe hidden in the crispy tart bottom.
