Dai Pai Dong Stir Fry (Causeway Bay)

Chinese cuisine is my favorite, especially stir fry. A friend recommended this place called 'Dai Pai Dong Stir Fry' located in Causeway Bay. It's super popular every night, with many signature dishes such as Salt Baked Crab, Black Pepper Lobster, Sweet and Sour Pork, Fried Intestines, Soy Sauce Chicken, and many more. No wonder there's always a long queue every night, with tables filled one after another. Highly recommended as a must-try in Causeway Bay. 👍 ▪️Salt Baked Crab (each) $398 After being salt-baked, the crab is served in a clay pot. The staff then flambé it with Shaoxing wine, filling the air with a rich aroma. The crab is full of roe, with a sweet and savory taste, a hint of saltiness, and exceptionally fresh and sweet crab meat. Absolutely delicious. ▪️Salt and Pepper Crispy Squid $158 Salt and pepper squid is a must-order at almost every table. The squid pieces are thick and large, with a perfectly balanced crispy coating. The squid is fresh, tender, and bouncy, making it incredibly tasty. ▪️Sweet and Sour Pork $138 The sweet and sour pork is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a perfect balance of fat and lean meat. The hawthorn sweet and sour sauce is just right, coating each piece perfectly. The combination of pineapple, onion, and green pepper makes it even more delicious. A must-try dish. ▪️Soy Sauce Chicken $188 The appearance and color of the soy sauce chicken are mouth-watering. The chicken skin is incredibly flavorful, and even the chicken breast is tender.
