Hidden gem of Tsim Sha Tsui Dutch cuisine

Hong Kong is a food capital, and you can try many dishes from all over the world in Hong Kong. I have tasted cuisine from many countries including Japan, Korea, Thailand, Italy, Spain, Mexico, etc. The only thing is that this is my first time to try Dutch cuisine. I never thought that traditional Dutch cuisine is so delicious and unique. First of all, the Dutch House in Tsim Sha Tsui is very comfortable and luxurious. The design of the crystal chandeliers and the Dutch-style wooden clogs give people a feeling of being in a foreign country. The scenery outside the window is also very beautiful, and coupled with Van Gogh's paintings, it is pleasing to the eyes. As for the dishes: 🌟Oxtail meat crispy fried balls This seemingly ordinary sundry item is not a shrimp ball but a crispy fried ball made from oxtail meat. The meat inside is very tender and meaty, giving a very fresh and surprising feeling. 🌟White Chocolate Goose Liver The white chocolate foie gras is a pleasant surprise.
