Hong Kong MacLehose Trail Hiking: A Journey to Explore Natural Wonders

The MacLehose Trail is Hong Kong's first long-distance hiking trail, spanning 100 kilometers and divided into ten sections. It has been rated as one of the world's best hiking trails by National Geographic. Route Highlights Each section offers unique scenery. The first section features the "Glass Sea" of High Island Reservoir and the volcanic rock columns of Po Pin Chau. The second section showcases the beauty of Sai Wan Beach and the Ham Tin Wan camping site. Sections three to four involve challenging mountain climbs, while sections seven to eight allow hikers to ascend Tai Mo Shan for breathtaking views of mountains and sea.
