The food presentation was quite refined, with high-quality ingredients and excellent seasoning. The only downside was the slightly high price, but given its central location, it was expected. It was flavorful without being overpowering, making it quite appetizing. The prawns were fresh and had a firm, bouncy texture. Since Mafalda pasta was unavailable, it was replaced with fusilli, which absorbed the sauce well, offering a smooth yet chewy texture. Overall, very satisfying.
