🌿 Springtime Surprise Discovery Last weekend, we spontaneously took Happy on a spring trip to Hong Kong and stumbled upon the Island Shangri-La, which can truly be called the "ultimate family-friendly hotel." Compared to our usual stay at the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin, the family facilities here are on a whole different level! 🛏️ Room Selection Tips • Ctrip only offers a limited selection of king bed rooms. • It's recommended to book through the Shangri-La official app for more themed room options. • We stayed in the "Pirate Ship Family King Room" (includes breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child). ✨ Highlights of Family Facilities ✅ Room Design Solid wood slide + children's bed (no splinters, no odors) Exclusive for kids: toilet seat, tableware, toiletries, and gift set ✅ Children's Lounge Breakfast: white porridge + evening warm milk All-day offerings: cereal, microwavable pasta, sandwiches 4 PM ice cream time! ✅ Public Playroom Various toys to encourage social interaction (Happy made friends from all over the world in just three days) Daily activities like Easter egg DIY ✅ Thoughtful Laundry Room Provides baby laundry detergent and sterilization cabinet Even bath toys are available for borrowing! 🍽️ Dining Experience • Breakfast was surprisingly abundant (wide variety of Chinese and Western options) • Guests can purchase a $400 voucher for $500 worth of dining (essentially a 20% discount) 📍 Prime Location Direct access to Pacific Place shopping mall Convenient large supermarket on the basement level Connected to Admiralty MTR station 💡 Minor Drawbacks The hallway has a slight renovation smell (but the hotel has placed Swiss air purifiers to improve this)
