Kwai Fong Plaza's beautiful CAFE "ROSIE"

After work, my husband and I came to a beautiful CAFE "ROSIE" located in Kwai Fong Plaza. The environment uses a lot of wooden elements to create a natural, warm atmosphere that feels warm and comfortable. It is a good place to relax. For those who like to eat pasta, this is definitely your paradise. Average prices, high-end enjoyment, and really completely different from chain store pasta. We ordered the “Lobster Concentrate Crab Meat Scallop Noodles”, the soup was rich, the scallops were tender, and served with handmade noodles, every bite was enjoyable. The “Scallop Pumpkin Pasta” combines the sweetness of the pumpkin with the freshness of the scallops for a rich mouthfeel. We also added a few snacks for a discounted price of $20, including "French French Fries with Black Truffle Mayonnaise", "Shrimp Toast" and "Garlic Chicken Wings". Each snack tastes good too. The fries are fried to a crispy outside and soft inside, and served with black truffle mayonnaise.
