#hongkonghotel Finding the right hotel in Hong Kong can be overwhelming — you want a good location, sea view, easy transport, and reasonable price… After comparing many options, I finally discovered this hidden gem: Mondrian Hong Kong. Honestly, it exceeded expectations for value and comfort! 📍 Location: The hotel is located at 8A Hart Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui, right in the vibrant Yau Tsim Mong district. It’s super close to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, and within walking distance to major spots like: ✔️ Victoria Harbour & Avenue of Stars ✔️ K11 MUSEA & Harbour City shopping malls ✔️ MoMo Park for some greenery It couldn’t be more convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining! ✨ Service & Room Experience: All the staff were extremely friendly — you’re always greeted warmly whenever you come and go. The room has an open, wide sea view, and the bed is super soft and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but they use Malin + Goetz toiletries, which feel great on the skin. Just note: no complimentary shower cap, but you can call the front desk for one (HKD $1). There’s no bottled water in the room, but they’ve installed a filtered water system with hot and cold options — environmentally friendly and practical. A Nespresso machine is also provided. The sockets come with USB and Type-C ports, so no need to bring an adapter — a small but thoughtful detail! 🍽 Breakfast & Facilities: Breakfast for two was included with the booking. It’s a set menu — you can choose between Chinese or Western options. There’s also a cold cuts and pastries station, plus coffee, tea, and freshly squeezed juice (but no self-serve fruits). Highly recommend the Eggs Benedict, and the Asian set with braised beef and prawn omelette was surprisingly good! The second-floor gym is fully equipped with Technogym® machines — perfect if you want to stay active. For the best views, head to the 38th-floor restaurant or 40th-floor bar. Watching the city lights at night with a drink in hand was honestly the highlight of my stay. 🌟 Final Thoughts: This hotel checks all the boxes — great location, thoughtful design, sea views, comfortable rooms, and reasonable price.
