Sai Wan Beach - The beach of paradise in Hong Kong

I consider Sai Wan beach as the most celebrated beach among other beaches in Sai Kung Peninsula, or even in Hong Kong. You may compare this beach to Maldives. Its crystal water with zero pollution will attract you to spend hours in the water in daytime. You can feel like swimming in the private pool as the beach is not crowded at all. The white and clean sand is a luxury compliment to lay down for sun busking. For those wanted to stay longer for camping, there is a campsite opposite of the beach. Needless to say, the view of this beach and its surroundings are extremely breathtaking! Sai Wan beach located next to Sai Wan Village, a small old village in Sai Kung. To get there you can take speedboat from Sai Kung Pier and pay HK$ 120 or more for one-way ticket. The journey takes about 30 minute. Alternatively, you can take village bus Number NR29 in front of McDonald near by Sai Kung pier or taxi to Sai Wan Pavilion. The bus fare is HK$.19, while taxi costs around HK$.115. From the pavilion, you can take easy hike for 45 minutes to complete. It is mostly downhill with a decent amount of shade, and the trail is well-paved along the way.
