Apinara Thai Cuisine at Pacific Place, Admiralty

Visited Pacific Place to check out the Christmas decorations and take some photos. After that, we headed to Apinara for some Thai food. 《Tom Yum Goong Seafood Soup 💲228》 The soup base was tangy and spicy, very appetizing. It included fresh prawns, mussels, fish, and squid, all kept warm with a live flame—absolutely delightful! 《Grilled Barramundi with Pomelo Salad 💲298》 The barramundi was a generous portion, grilled to perfection with a slightly crispy skin and tender, juicy flesh. It was served with a pomelo salad that was sweet and not overly sour, perfectly balancing the "heat" of the dish. 《Half Hainanese Chicken 💲208》 The chicken was deboned and incredibly tender. It came with a clear winter melon soup and fragrant chicken oil rice. The soup was light and sweet, and the rice had a lovely aroma—very satisfying. 《Mango Sticky Rice 💲88》 The mango was sweet, and the sticky rice was chewy but not too hard. Paired with rich and creamy coconut milk, the sweetness was just right. 😋 💟 I think I got the last sweet mango in the restaurant 😆 because I overheard the staff telling other diners that the remaining mangoes were too sour, and they recommended other desserts instead. 👍🏻👍🏻 I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture! 🍹《Coconut Smoothie 💲55》 The cup was quite pretty 🤣.
