They recently launched a new menu, so of course I have to try the food of "Human Fireworks" again. - 🍣 Peruvian Tuna Fillet ($138) 𝙏𝙪𝙣𝙖 𝙏𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙤 Don’t miss it if you like raw fish! For the appetizer, we ordered this tuna fillet, which is divided into four layers. Crispy rice flakes are topped with thick tuna fillets, and then sandwiched with sweet tuna paste. Finally, the top layer is sweet shrimp tails. You can definitely taste the meat in every bite. Overall, it's quite appetizing and delicious, and it's a good dish to go with wine. The oysters are very fresh and juicy with a smooth texture. The addition of bacon and cheese to the baked oysters actually masks their sweetness. Even friends who don’t eat oysters praise it highly. I highly recommend you to order it and try it! The whole eel is filling and tasty, and the risotto is creamy. The combination of ingredients and the taste are very good, but I felt a little full at the end.
