First comes the brown rice tea, which is light green in color, light but not astringent in flavor, and has the aroma of roasted brown rice, making it very delicious. The appetizer was edamame, and the portion was quite large. Next came the vegetarian soup which was very filling and satisfying. The appetizer and the soup alone made me feel 70% full. The main course is baked rice with black truffle, cheese and fresh peaches. As soon as you get on the stage, you can smell the fragrant aroma of black truffle. Paired with grilled cheese and fried rice, it has a bit of a mix of Chinese and Western flavors, and the peaches are also sweet. But because there was a lot of sauce, the rice was a little too soggy. The other one is the Snow Red Duck Rice Noodles, which is well seasoned, evenly fried and tastes good. Both main dishes were generous in portion, and I could even pack up a whole box of rice noodles at the end. Finally, add vegetarian satay skewers, vegetarian barbecued pork and vegetarian pork chops that can be heated up at home and eaten! Being a vegetarian can reduce carbon emissions and is generally healthier.
