New "Shinkansen Sushi Train" opens in Shatin

I saw a newly opened 🚄Shinkansen sushi restaurant in Shatin Plaza called "#SushiDim"! Today I brought my kids to try it out. I quite like the simple Japanese design in the shop. The kids' favorite is of course the "Shinkansen Sushi Train🚄"! Sherlyn loves the #Taste Salt Grilled Salmon Mackerel. I like the #Extremely Fresh Crab Tendon. I saw the whole soft shell crab made into tempura, which was very crispy. There are also crab seeds, crab meat and crab paste on top of the rice. The crab seeds are crunchy when you bite them, plus the fragrant crab meat and crab meat. #Teawan steaming is very smooth, more ingredients than usual, the scallops are big!
