My personal experience of the buffet dinner at Holiday Inn Golden Mile

Located at Holiday Inn Golden Mile, 50 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, it is close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, about 3 to 5 minutes' walk away. There are also bus stops nearby to various districts in Kowloon/New Territories, making transportation very convenient. Yesterday, my mother and I enjoyed a buffet dinner at the Bistro on the mile, the hotel restaurant mentioned above. There were different kinds of food, including frozen lobster, roast beef, steamed scallops with vermicelli, suckling pig and other foods. In addition, the hotel provided a different surprise delicacy every hour at night, including Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, braised fish maw, duck feet, sea cucumber and other foods. Most of the food tasted very delicious. Recommended dishes include the chilled lobster, which was refreshing and chewy, fresh and delicious, the steamed scallops with vermicelli had excellent ingredients, the scallops were fresh and delicious, and the suckling pig had crispy skin, which is worth recommending. Foods that need improvement include steak and cooked lobster claws. Finally, my mother and I both had a cup of ice cream.
