The historic winery building in the city center [Hualien Cultural and Creative Industry Park]

With the rise of cultural and creative awareness, almost every city in Taiwan has a cultural and creative park, and Hualien is no exception. In the early days, the old Hualien winery was the "Hualien Wine Factory of the Taiwan Governor-General's Monopoly Bureau Hualien Port Branch". The wooden houses and two-story spaces are mostly factory designs without partitions, and the hinterland space is large.
