I just returned from Huangshan and have prepared a detailed guide to share with everyone who wants to visit 👇 🚗Transportation Guide ✈️ Huangshan Tunxi International Airport: Located some distance from both downtown and scenic areas. Airport buses run directly to Huangshan Scenic Area and Tunxi Old Street, or you can take a taxi. 🚄 Huangshan North Station: Close to downtown with convenient transportation. After exiting, buy long-distance bus tickets on the right side to visit Hongcun, Xidi, Huangshan Scenic Area, etc. Search for "Zhongjiao Travel Cloud Station" mini program for online tickets. 🏞️Attractions 🌟Huangshan Scenic Area: Must-visit spots include Welcome Pine, Lotus Peak, Celestial Peak, Bright Summit, and West Sea Grand Canyon. Huangshan's "Five Wonders" - peculiar pines, strange rocks, sea of clouds, hot springs, and winter snow - are all breathtaking. Peak season tickets: CNY 190, off-peak: CNY 150. Book at least one day ahead on major platforms. Opening hours: 7:00 - 17:10, recommended visit: 1-2 days. Choose either clockwise route (Ciguang Pavilion direction, Yuping Cable Car) to see Welcome Pine first but with more crowds, or counterclockwise route (Yungu Temple direction, Yungu Cable Car) with fewer people, better for weekends or peak seasons. 🚠Yungu Cable Car: CNY 80, Yuping Cable Car: CNY 90. Many hotels and restaurants available, 10-minute walk to South Gate, most hotels offer shuttle service. 🌄For sunrise/sunset viewing, stay on the mountain at places like Huangshan Baiyu Hotel or Huangshan Xihai Hotel.
