You haven't seen the best of Jiangnan until you've been to Nanxun!!

Nanxun Ancient Town is a place I've always dreamed of visiting. The gray tiles, small bridges, flowing water, and hand-rowed boats here completely fulfill all my fantasies about the water towns of Jiangnan. Compared to Wuzhen, Nanxun seems quieter and more relaxed, without too much commercial atmosphere, but with more of the everyday atmosphere of life. If you also want to find a place to relax, then Nanxun is definitely a good choice! Nanxun Ancient Town is located in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. It is one of the six ancient towns in Jiangnan and is famous for its architectural style that combines Chinese and Western elements. I recommend visiting for 1–2 days. 🚄 Transportation: 1. Take the high-speed train to Huzhou Station, then transfer to a bus or taxi for about 40 minutes. 2. It's about a 1.5-hour drive from Hangzhou. ⛰️ Must-see attractions: 1. Xiaolianzhuang: A private garden of a wealthy merchant in the Qing Dynasty, the lotus pond is very beautiful. 2. Jiayetang Library: One of the three major private libraries in China. 3. Zhang Shiming's Former Residence: A mansion building combining Chinese and Western styles. 4. Hundred Houses: Ming Dynasty residential buildings built along the river. 5. Liu's Houses: Western-style red brick buildings. 🍱 Food recommendations: 1. Shuangjiao Noodles: Crispy meat and fried fish toppings. 2. Xunti: Braised pork knuckle, a specialty of the ancient town. 3. Dingsheng Cake: Pink glutinous rice cake. 4. Stinky Tofu: Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. 5. Smoked Bean Tea: A local specialty tea drink. 🚶 Travel tips: 1. The joint ticket costs CNY 100 and includes multiple attractions. 2. It is recommended to visit in the early morning or evening to avoid crowds. 3. You can take a gondola to experience the water town (about CNY 160/boat). 4.
