China Town in Incheon

The Korean-Chinese Cultural Center, established by Incheon's Jung-gu District, serves as a focal point for cultural exchange. It offers diverse performances and exhibitions to promote mutual understanding between Korea and China, enriching the cultural landscape of ChinatownIncheon Incheon Chinatown is undergoing significant urban revitalization as part of a broader effort to rejuvenate the city's historical districts. The Marine & Harbor Walking & Tour Museum & Art City (MWM City) project is a key initiative in this transformation. This project aims to develop a cultural hub spanning 2.2 km² in the Jung-gu and Dong-gu areas, integrating Chinatown with nearby historical sites, the eighth port harbor, and East Incheon subway station. The plan includes the creation of an Asian Noodle Town, a tourist hub at the port, a historical park around the Incheon Customs Office, and the renovation of traditional markets.
