Invercargill: New Zealand's Southernmost City... What to See?

#summervacay Okay, honestly, Invercargill – New Zealand's southernmost city on the South Island – doesn't really have much to see. So, I've tried my best to find a few spots you could visit! Typically, people come here to tick off visiting the southernmost Starbucks in New Zealand. But let's be real, anything you buy here, you're buying at the southernmost point... eating the southernmost food, breathing the southernmost air, hahahaha! It's probably best to combine Bluff and Invercargill into the same day's itinerary. Here are the spots I found: P Town Hall Theater: This is right across from the Pak'nSave supermarket. Water Tower Reserve: It's just a water tower. And across from the water tower is a park. I didn't go... I just didn't feel there was much to see. Classic Motorcycle Mecca: This is a motorcycle museum. The entry fee is quite expensive. I thought it was too pricey, so I didn't go in, just looked at the small items for sale. To sum it up, Invercargill itself might not have many attractions, but if you're keen to experience the "southernmost" vibe and are heading to Bluff anyway, you could consider a short stop.
