The Ultimate Hotel Stay: Ryukyu Hotel & Resort, Maejima Beach

The accommodation plan with club lounge access is highly recommended!! I won this accommodation voucher in a raffle at a gathering of travel enthusiasts, so I decided to go. This trip was a way to express gratitude to my parents, who have been incredibly supportive since my daughter was born. Located about 20 minutes from Naha Airport, the hotel is in a convenient spot. However, there aren’t many shops within walking distance, so it’s best to approach your stay with the mindset of enjoying a resort hotel experience. If you’re planning activities, renting a car is essential. The private beach and spacious pool make you feel like you’re on an overseas vacation. The room was larger and had higher ceilings than any hotel I’ve stayed at before, offering an exceptional sense of openness! From the room, you get a stunning view of the ocean—absolutely breathtaking! We had access to the club lounge, but unfortunately, the Twilight Time (from 5:30 PM) was restricted to guests aged 13 and older, so we couldn’t go with our 0-year-old baby 🥺. In hindsight, I wish my parents could have gone and enjoyed it. For breakfast, we visited the club lounge! There was a wide variety of bread and an array of refined appetizers. Everything was incredibly delicious! Alcohol was also free and available in various options, even in the morning. Despite having a child with us, everyone was very kind and welcoming, which we greatly appreciated. One night was simply not enough, and I’d love to visit again! My parents, who accompanied us, were deeply impressed and kept saying, "We’ve never been to such a wonderful place before!" Perhaps because it was the off-season, the accommodation plan with club lounge access was around 22,000 yen per person.
