🌿 We went to "Teuchi Soba Sumikura" in Itoshima City 🥢 A restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide♪ There are lots of exciting things, such as flowers in front of the store, cobblestones, and wooden doors🤭︎💕︎ You have to take off your shoes before entering, and the warmth of the wood felt good through your socks😊 The interior of the restaurant is based on wood, and from the large windows you can enjoy the flowers blooming in the garden, the tranquil rural landscape, and the green mountains🙌 The hot soba tea served immediately at the table has a nice aroma and is comforting ︎︎︎︎︎︎☑︎ Tsuke Kamo Soba 2050 yen First Soba tofu is served. It has a soft and chewy texture, and the sweet soup and not-too-spicy wasabi go well together, making it delicious♡ The dipping sauce with duck and soba noodles are brought out immediately. The soba noodles are thin and smooth, and I like them. The dipping sauce is a little thick, but when you dip the soba noodles in it, it becomes just the right amount of saltiness and is incredibly delicious.
