This is the Ryusen Shindo Science Museum in Ryusen Cave, located in Iwaizumi Town, Iwate Prefecture. I visited it during my trip to Morioka during Golden Week. It's small and located on the opposite side of Ryusen Cave. You can enter with the same ticket. There is no reception or staff, and it's a unique style where you tear off your ticket stub yourself and put it in a box. There is also a commemorative stamp stand at the entrance. As soon as you enter, you might think that since it's a "science museum," there will be explanations of the exhibits and photos, but halfway through, it was a limestone cave!! It's definitely smaller than the main one, but it was impressive. There are human models along the way, and there are far fewer tourists than the main one, so it may be scary 😂 (A small child I passed by seemed to think it was a haunted house and was crying 😂) There are also narrow stairs along the way, so you need to be careful.
