Peaceful Getaway in Shuzenji, Izu

Spent a few days exploring the quiet charm of Shuzenji in Izu—and I’m already dreaming of going back! One of the highlights? Zugani Udon (crab udon) at a local spot called Yasubee. Rich, flavorful broth and the unique taste of river crab—it was comfort food on a whole new level. Another must-do: the ropeway up to Panorama Park. The view from the top was absolutely stunning—lush green mountains, endless sky, and that peaceful stillness you can only find in nature. Total soul reset.
