It's incredibly rare to find one in the wild, but did you know you can encounter one at the Nohyeong Fish Center (Nohyeong Seafood Market) in Jeju, where our country has successfully farmed them? Nohyeong Seafood Market is a favorite among locals, offering a variety of fish to choose from. The restaurant is spacious, and while many people enjoy their meal on-site, it seems even more take it to-go. Side dishes and wrap vegetables are self-serve, and you can choose the composition of the meal and the number of side dishes based on the price, allowing for reasonable consumption. We first had a mixed raw fish platter, followed by golden flatfish and spicy soup.
