Best Bingsu @ Jeju

The city hall location of Alice cafe was barely 2 minutes walk from where we stayed. We travelled as a family and all of us have a sweet tooth. Besides, we are Bingsu fans and it is one of our favourite desserts when visiting south Korea. During a week long stay in Jeju. We visited this place thrice. Alice cafe does a very high quality bingsu. No wonder they are so popular. The texture of the ice was soft, yet was able to maintain its distinct stringy shape without melting quickly. The matcha bingsoo came with a scoop of ice cream and a slice of cheesecake, and there was an additional option with more toppings. Another occasion we also tried their strawberry bingsu and the mango and apple bingsu. It is a minimalist menu so you can try most of their items during a few days of stay.
