You might ask what Jeopjjak-Byeokguk is, but Jeopjjak-Byeokguk is a soup dish made with Jeju black pork. You can think of it as a bone haejangguk, but the difference is that it is served with radish and has a milky broth! And that broth is really… real broth. And today, I will introduce you to a Jeopjjak-Byeokguk restaurant!!! It is ‘Nokdungbegi’. 📍 Location 1F, 9-1 Seomun-ro, Jeju-si, Jeju [Nokdungbegi] 🏷 Price - Bracken fern soup: 10,000 won - Jeopjjak-Byeokguk: 10,000 won - Sanjeok-gui: 7,000 won 🍯 Tip ➡️ Business hours are 09:00 ~ 14:00. However, they close early when they run out of ingredients. I went there at 08:45? before it really opened, but there were already two groups waiting in front of me. And at 09:00, people kept coming in. So I think it would be better to go in the morning rather than at lunch. ➡️It's near the airport, so if you're arriving at Jeju Airport in the morning like me, I recommend eating here. ➡️Jeongjjakbyeon-guk... This is really... JMT. The meat is really soft, and the broth is crazy..
