Pungnammun Gate 풍남문

It is one of the four gates of the fortress surrounding Jeonju, which was the capital of Jeolla Province during the Joseon Dynasty. Built in 1389, it was later destroyed by fire, but was rebuilt in 1768. The east, west, and north gates were destroyed and were not restored, so only the Toonan Gate remains.
