Jeonju Gama-sot Somyeon Gomtang, a restaurant famous for its savory beef head stew and perilla leaf dumplings

It is the main branch of Gama-sot Somori Gomtang located in Seosin-dong, Jeonju. I made up my mind to visit after receiving a recommendation for good soup. The conclusion was very satisfying. We went with two people and ordered a medium portion, so at first I was worried that it might be too much, but the meat went so well with the green onion seasoning that I could keep eating without getting tired of it. The soup was also refreshing, so it went well with soju. The last perilla soup is one of the specialties of this restaurant. Don't forget to try it!
