When the subway is connected in 2027, with the improvement of the ecological environment, the hotel's staycation rate will also increase. The basic room area is 36 square meters, which is inevitable. In the early days of CITIC's layout, it aimed at a four-star hotel. Later, the new owner took over and put on the Marriott brand, so the room type is smaller than that of hotels of the same level in the same group. I booked a suite and two basic rooms on the third day of the new year. On New Year's Eve, I received a call from the front desk manager Candice. After communication, all two basic rooms were upgraded to the executive floor. When checking in at the hotel, we generously provide administrative treatment to family members traveling with us, so that those of us who have come from afar can avoid the trouble of going out to find food. I went to the lounge to look at the layout and food, and chatted with the person in charge of the lounge, Abby Wang. I learned that our group had come all the way with children and adults, and that once the layout was completed, we didn’t have to wait until 5:30 p.m. , you can come to dine in advance, and I would like to thank Abby, the manager of Jiaozhou Marriott Lounge, for her help. In later exchanges, I learned that there is currently a serious shortage of manpower. A lounge manager leads an intern and a chef to serve all the lounges, cooking dumplings, arranging seats, managing meals and collecting tableware for each guest. It is really difficult. We admire their efficient, high-quality work ability and service level. Although I just passed by and checked in for one night at a hotel that was newly opened in January, and although the hardware of the room still has some shortcomings, I can feel the warmth and quality of the service team everywhere.
