Paddleboarding on the water

Summer is the best time for water sports. I've wanted to try paddleboarding for a long time, but no one has been available to go with me. This time, I finally arranged to go with my best friend to experience it together. The paddleboard club at Baiyun Lake is quite far from the north gate but closer to the south gate. It was my first time there, and I didn't know much, so I had to cross most of the park to find the location. Before playing, the coach will guide you, explaining some precautions and how to paddle. After the instruction, you can go play on your own. You must wear a life jacket to protect yourself throughout the activity. If you don't want to fall into the water, you can paddle while sitting or kneeling, and you definitely won't fall. Once you feel stable, you can try standing up to paddle. It's simple to operate and easy to get the hang of. You can even do water yoga poses on the paddleboard for photos. The scenery here is excellent, and the lake is quite large. The only downside is that it's too sunny, with no shaded areas. Be sure to take sun protection measures. If it gets too hot, you can also choose to jump into the water to swim; many kids just jump right in to play. It's so much fun!
