From airport pick-up, check-in, Trip Moments, butler service, breakfast Every bit of it shocked me. The public area is a large swimming pool garden. The swimming pool is heated, so you can swim anytime. The booths and rest areas are well-designed. To be honest, this is the most comfortable public area in any hotel I've ever stayed in.
