Xishuangbanna Manyuan Village City Walk to a Life You Yearn For

Manyuan Village was my favorite part of the entire Xishuangbanna trip. I also went to Manzhang and Manhena, but I still prefer Manyuan, perhaps because of the "A Longing for Life" filter. There are fewer people in the village, and more natural scenery. There are small stalls set up by locals, roast chicken shops, restaurants, and fruit vendors selling mangoes🥭. You can also do pottery, which is perfect for an afternoon stroll. 🍃The entire village is truly beautiful, worthy of being one of the ten most beautiful villages in China. Every house is a traditional Dai stilt house, each one clean and tidy, full of Dai charm, and flowers💐 and fruit trees are everywhere. Upon entering the village, a primitive atmosphere washes over you, giving you a sense of tranquility, peace, and leisurely comfort. 🚗Manyuan Village is a half-hour drive from Gaozhuang. We took a DiDi, and the driver waited for us at the village entrance after dropping us off. The round trip cost about 💰160. 🛖The "A Longing for Life" mushroom house is considered the biggest cultural attraction in the village. It's 20 yuan per person, and children are free. It's worth going inside; there are many items and photos📷 left over from the show. There's the kitchen where Huang Lei cooks, the swing that Zifeng often plays on, and many memories from the show. The swing is great for photos, but it was backlit when we went in the afternoon! 💗If you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city, slow down and experience this slice of life.
