In the Embrace of Earth: A Quiet Escape at Bearth Café

#favouriteitinerary Bearth Café in Johor Bahru quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind. From the moment we walked in, the café’s cozy, earthy vibe embraced us. Everywhere we looked, there was greenery—plants growing in old toilet bowls, cleverly used as planters, added a quirky touch to the rustic decor. The whole space feels alive with nature, and we couldn't help but appreciate how the café incorporated so many sustainable elements. There’s something really special about sitting in a place that feels connected to the earth in every way, from the termite-infested wood to the chunky raw bricks and natural soil paints. The atmosphere at Bearth Café isn't just about the décor—it's about the experience of being there. We enjoyed sipping from their handmade pottery cups, which gave us a sense of being part of something more intimate and personal. Each cup is unique, and it felt like we were holding a piece of art while enjoying our drinks. The large brick oven adds a rustic charm, and it really ties everything together, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We tried a few drinks and treats, and everything was so thoughtfully crafted. The Matcha Latte was smooth and creamy with a perfect balance of matcha’s earthy richness and the milk’s subtle sweetness. It was so comforting and just the right amount of indulgent. The Cloudy Cocoa was velvety and rich, with a depth of flavor that wasn’t too sweet—perfect for a cozy afternoon. But what really stood out was the Avo Avo Swiss Roll. The soft, fluffy cake paired with creamy avocado was such a refreshing combination, and the subtle flavor of avocado made it a unique and delightful treat. We also loved that the menu offers a range of wholesome options made with fresh ingredients, so there’s always something for everyone. Bearth Café isn’t just about the food and drinks; it’s about the whole experience—the warm, earthy atmosphere, the thoughtful design, and the flavors that make every bite feel nourishing. It’s the kind of place where we can relax, connect with the surroundings, and feel good about where we are. Whether we’re sipping a drink, enjoying a dessert, or just soaking in the beautiful, natural space, Bearth Café has become a true sanctuary for us. #myitinerary #afternoonteatime #localfood #thingstodo
