Let's Eat Eel in Seoul, South Korea

They say they receive premium domestic first-grade Gochang Pungcheon eel. No wonder it's big and meaty. Every time I come to Korea, I eat eel far more than Samgyeopsal, and each time, the taste gets better. The eel here was, of course, delicious, but the leafy vegetables had a strong flavor, making it fun to wrap them. The side dishes, starting with the sweet and spicy lotus root, were also tasty. I was surprised that Chueotang came as a set, but I liked its taste even more than the Michelin-starred restaurant I ate at the day before.
