Hokuriku Shinkansen to open between Kanazawa and Tsuruga on March 16th

I took the Shinkansen Tsurugi 17, departing Kaga Onsen (10:24) and arriving at Tsuruga (11:02). The station and the train were clean and comfortable, and I look forward to the future success of the Hokuriku Shinkansen. *Transfer to Thunderbird at Tsuruga Station (12 minutes). I was able to use the restroom, but if it's crowded, I'll be in a hurry. If you want to see the station or souvenirs, you'll want to leave a little more time, and if you have small children or elderly people, I recommend leaving some time. When the Shinkansen opened, Kaga Onsen Station was designed to be a "station that shows the nature, history, and culture of Kaga" and to have a "station that gives you a sense of the atmosphere of a hot spring resort and the history of a castle town."
