This was my first time in Kaili, and I was surprised by Atour Hotel.

Location: The hotel is near the gondola, easy to find, with many snacks nearby. It's also close to a large shopping mall, and it's convenient to visit the nearby Ethnic Culture Park and Xiashi Ancient Town. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean. It's a new hotel, and there is no strong formaldehyde smell. I felt happy and safe staying here. There is also a laundry room with sticky notes, so you can leave your dirty clothes there for the staff to wash. Room size: I booked a single room, and it was the largest single room I've ever stayed in. It was beyond my expectations and very comfortable. The space was not reduced at all. Room facilities: The room has wireless charging and automatic air conditioning, which makes it feel very high-end. The small details also show the hotel's attitude and make me feel at home. Service: The front desk staff were very proactive and professional in solving problems.
