The moment the elevator doors opened—more than 600 arcade buildings bathed in the sunset, resembling golden waves. The bathtub in the top-floor suite is unexpectedly suspended by the carved window of the arcade building. Imagine soaking in a tangerine peel bath while watching the tram dinging through the streets. What an experience! ~ 🌌 Mesmerized by the intangible cultural heritage of *datiehual* at night! I thought the arcade buildings during the day were captivating enough, but the ancient opera stage at 7:30 pm created an even more enchanting atmosphere. Molten iron at 1600°C splashed into the night sky, transforming into a golden meteor shower. When the last cluster of fireworks exploded, the entire Tanjiang River was illuminated in glazed colors. ~ I woke up early the next day to catch the first sculling boat ride.🛶 The boatwoman hummed a tune as we passed the reflection of the Christian church's spire. The arcade buildings in the morning mist looked like they were immersed in a watercolor painting. ~ Who says scenic spots don't have good food? A 5-minute walk to Niuwei Road led me to "Jiujianfang," a local favorite, where people were queuing for the eel clay pot rice. The rice crust, cooked in a wood-fired stove, was so crispy it was almost addictive.👅 Even more surprising was the Chikan duck porridge served for breakfast at the hotel. The smooth rice grains were coated in fragrant duck oil.
