Karuizawa Station is the easternmost train station in Nagano Prefecture. It takes just under an hour by Shinkansen from Tokyo. It's just a 3-minute walk from the Karuizawa Prince Outlet Shopping Plaza, the largest in Japan. There are a total of 240 stores on the vast site of about 260,000 m2!
