This beautiful long sandy public beach is located about 6 km south of the town of Kuala Besut which is where travellers catch boats to the Perhentian Islands. It is safe to swim here when it is not in a moonsun season. The beach is a popular spot for family activitirs, picnics, camping and enjoying sunsets . you also cam ride a banana boat to nearby island like Pulau Rhuwhich you can enjoy snorkeling activities. There are also a few caves that you may want to explore which one of the rare thing of Bukit Keluang beach. There is sufficient and free parking provided so do need to worry. Of course It may be crowded during weekend n public holidays.
