Kirishima Onsen - Seiryu-so

Located in Kirishima Onsen Village, Kagoshima Prefecture, Seiryu-so Onsen Hotel was established in 1851. Despite its long history, the hotel's interior facilities are very modern. During check-in, the staff will introduce the hotel's facilities and confirm your meal times for breakfast and dinner. If you wish to enjoy private onsen time, you can also book it with the staff at this time. The private onsen session lasts about 30 minutes and is located outdoors facing a natural river, providing a very comfortable soaking experience. For dinner that day, we booked kaiseki cuisine, which was decent. However, the hotel's service was impeccable. During the meal, they specially arranged for a staff member who spoke a little English to introduce the dinner menu to us. Although they couldn't fully express everything, their sincerity was 101%! ^ ^ Additionally, there are special children's meals for kids, and the portions are definitely sufficient! Also, note that the large onsen undergoes cleaning at 9 AM, so if you want to soak in the morning, you need to go a bit earlier. In summary, there weren't many guests staying that day, and the service was truly 101% excellent! If you want to play with sparklers at night, the hotel will prepare a water bucket for you and even help clean up afterward. So, if there's a chance, I would definitely stay again!
