small but fun amusement park

#tokyotrip I was wandering around the area and come across this small but interesting amusement park by chance. The entrance is free surprisingly and there is not much people around i think I’m the only tourist around It a good place to spend around 30 minutes The view from the ferris wheel is great on a clear day can see the surrounding very clear If you are near by can suggest to go but not recommend to go if you coming from Downtown tokyo
