[Hyogo-Sannomiya] Japan's first Earl Grey specialty store's gelato ice cream

I went to "&EARL GREY" in Sannomiya, Kobe, to eat ice cream! This is the first Earl Grey specialty store in Japan, which opened in 2018. In addition to black tea, they also offer green tea, rooibos tea, jasmine tea, and more, all of which are blended with natural bergamot. The ice cream is available for takeout, but if you order one drink, you can eat it in the store. It was a very hot day when I visited, so I decided to take my time eating it in the store. I ordered a double ice cream. ●Butterfly Pea & Mint Earl Grey ●Peche de Vigne & Honeybush Lavender The ice cream made with the mysterious blue tea butterfly pea had a refreshing minty taste and was very delicious. The pink ice cream is a blend of red peach gelato and the scent of lavender. It has just the right amount of acidity, which is also delicious.
