Kofu Yumekoji is a recreation of the castle town of Kofu in the Meiji, Taisho and early Showa periods in front of Kofu Station. The symbol of Kofu Yumekoji. The symbolic building is the Bell of Time. The stone-paved alley is lined with shops selling many Yamanashi brands, including cafes, general goods, restaurants and local wines. There is also a Small Storehouse Museum at the back! Anyone can ring the Bell of Time, so it's definitely worth giving it a try. There are many attractive shops with a stylish atmosphere, but the closing times seem to be early overall, so I recommend visiting around late hours.
